Practitioner Ethics Charter: Transpersonal Diagnostics™
Source transcription · Core Manual (2025), printed page 33. Original wording and citations retained; references not independently verified.
This Charter outlines the ethical principles that guide all practitioners trained in or using the Transpersonal Diagnostics™ framework.
1. Client Sovereignty
We honor each client’s autonomy, worldview, and meaning-making process. We never impose spiritual interpretations and always co-create frames of reference.
2. Developmentally Appropriate Support
We match our interventions to the client’s current developmental phase, avoiding overreach, regression, or projection of transcendence where integration is needed.
3. Boundary Integrity
We distinguish between coaching, therapy, and spiritual direction. We only practice within our certified scope and make appropriate referrals when outside it.
4. Psychological Safety First
We commit to:
- Do no harm
- Avoid retraumatization
- Offer containment before confrontation
- Uphold confidentiality and consent at every stage
5. Ongoing Inner Work
We recognize that transpersonal coaching is relational and field-based. Our own coherence, shadow awareness, and humility are essential parts of the container we provide.
6. Cultural & Philosophical Humility
We honor the roots of each wisdom tradition we integrate. We do not appropriate, dilute, or universalize traditions without naming lineage or cultural context.
7. Research and Accountability
We participate, where possible, in outcome research, reflective case documentation, and responsible innovation — contributing to the field’s evolution and legitimacy.
