What we collect: when you register for Practitioner Access we collect your name, email address, professional role and, if you choose to give them, your accrediting body and country. We record when and how you gave consent.
Why: to provide the downloads you requested, to tell you when the manuals are revised, and, if you've asked, to tell you when training opens. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to [EDITOR: contact email].

How long: we keep your details while you remain registered and for twelve months after you unsubscribe, then delete them.
