Integration / Return

The return to everyday life with insight, embodiment, and grounded wholeness.

Verbatim from Transpersonal Diagnostics™: Core Manual, 2025 edition (p. 6)

As described in the Core Manual: "The return to everyday life with insight, embodiment, and grounded wholeness. Represents the synthesis of all previous territories into lived experience."

Integration / Return is not an afterthought; it must remain present in recognition, toolkit and session-flow work throughout, not only at the end of a process. Support for everyday functioning is relevant across all territories, not a reward reserved for this one.

RECOGNITION FRAMEWORK

Observable indicators

Explore sustainable routines, relationships, functioning and the person's own priorities.

RECOGNITION FRAMEWORK

Language patterns

Attend to concrete choices and realistic commitments rather than idealised transformation narratives.

RECOGNITION FRAMEWORK

Somatic markers

Sleep, nourishment and everyday comfort may be useful contextual observations, not a score of integration.

RECOGNITION FRAMEWORK

Emotional signatures

Allow mixed feelings and unfinished meaning-making without demanding closure.

TERRITORY-LINKED PRACTICE

Interventions

Support grounded integration

Begin with consent and the person's own account. Explore sustainable routines, relationships, functioning and the person's own priorities. Keep territory language tentative. Agree one realistic next step and check whether the conversation remains useful.

Not a validated intervention protocol. Stay within professional competence; pause and refer when safety or functioning is uncertain. Do not induce or intensify altered states.

Session flows

T7 · Integration / Return

  1. Clarify consent, scope and immediate support needs.
  2. Explore the person's description without imposing a territory.
  3. Consider the focus: support grounded integration.
  4. Review stability, context and whether referral is appropriate.
  5. Close with a concrete, agreed integration step.
